Had a good run this morning, right ankle aching more then it ever did, I may pop over to Run Forest this weekend for gait analysis and a new pair of trainers ahead of W4 next week.

Boy was it warm though, I do sweat with being the size I am but today was like I remember 30 minute runs being.

I think I've finally sorted my Garmin out, I had the treadmill running with GPS enabled, I enabled it when the time wouldn't set properly and forgot to switch it back, apparently I did 0.14 miles in 28:20, slow and steady ;) and no, I didn't crawl it.

Looking forward to W4 and the slightly longer runs.

Happy running everyone.
