Gait analysis

I've had no experience good or bad, hence a little research first. Always just bought trainers that were comfortable. Now at 54 thought my feet might need a little more care. Where have people found the best to get analysis done. Im in mid Wales

I would say look for a proper running shop shop rather than a generic sports shop and you should be fine. It’s more expensive that way (they don’t charge for the gait analysis if you buy the shoes there but the price of the shoes will reflect that). But your knees will thank you 🙂
