You’d think after 30 years of living in village I’d know the back lanes like back of my hand . Apparently not ! Tried another route which was all back lanes once out of village and thought 5k would give me a nice 5 min walk home. Triple that! Still good training as going down to Cornwall Tuesday to walk Perranporth to St Ives. Be interesting to see if the uphills are easier this year now I can run! Bloomin’ hope so!!🥵

Enjoy your walk on Tuesday and yes the hills should be easier after all your hard work 😊😊

I’m sure those hills will be easier! I’m only on week 3 and have already noticed a difference on the hills.
