App problems

Hey all so I'm just about to start week 3 after a holiday and repeating week 2 runs a couple of times more but I keep having problems with app cutting out not sure if it's my phone (I have a Huawei so on android) so was thinking of switching to the podcast but can I listen to my own music with it or does it have music on it and do I still get the graduation badge?

Huawei have been in the news recently, but that shouldn't affect your phone at the moment, if you have any problems with your phone take it to the store you bought it, they will probably be able to help you with any problems you have with the phone or app.

There is "music" on the podcasts, so not really practical to play your own over the top.

You can't play your own music with the podcast, it does have ....music, I had some problems with the podcast too, so no guarantee.

Have you tried putting your phone on flight mode during runs? Some people have found incoming messages pause the app and you don’t want messages when you’re running anyway. Also remember to start your music BEFORE you press start on your run. I don’t know why that should matter but apparently it does.
