I've just completed my first run of week 8. Dead chuffed with a glowing face to show for it. I can't say I find the runs easy but I'm managing to plod my way through them. However I do struggle whenever I run uphill, even a slight one. I do try to slow down to keep my breath steady. Has anyone got any tips to help? Thanks.

Shorten your stride. That helps a lot and it puts less pressure on your hamstrings, (back of your legs). Little steps and it works a lot better. Well done for tackling those hills. 😀.
Happy running. Rfc x
