Have got to week 9, taken me longer than 9 weeks but started to enjoy it from week 6. Tried twice this week to run for 30 minutes and failed.....exhaustion and nothing in my legs!!

You can do this, slow and steady...if you did week 8 then week 9 is just 2 minutes more, you've got this !
Are you drinking enough ? Have you tried slowing down ? Going out when it's less hot ? Less pollen ?
We all believe you can do it !! You just have to believe it...forget you didn't do it twice, those runs helped you anyway, more miles in the legs...they were just getting you ready for your final week of c25k

I think my problem might be down to being incredibly menopausal this week, will start again next week and get it cracked!!!
Maybe take a few extra rest days, loads of water and recharge the batteries. Im 48 and definately changing and having symptoms especially night time
