I did my second run of week 7 today and it was hard. But I did finish it. The last few minutes I kept thinking “ how did I just do this ? “
I’m pumped that I’m still sticking to the program but today was harder on me for some reason.
I actually ran further than I did Monday. So I’m getting faster I think. If you’re on week 7 like me just remember to give yourself a pep talk at the half way mark and remind yourself that you’ve come a long ways since week 1!

hi TulareRunner, just read your post about week7, I just finished run3 of that week and tday really struggled yet the previous two were hard but ok. I need a talking to - get rid of gremlins but also think slower pace and maybe do stamnia work on rest days?🤔
