Last Friday it should have been 30 minutes but was just for 20 minutes. Prior to that I ran on the Monday for 20 minutes and should have been for 30 minutes but a couple of days ago I ran, non stop for 30 minutes and this morning I did it again. One more to go. What happens then.....
