W8R3..2nd ParkRun 👍🏻

[Coco-Major]

Finished W8 with a second Parkrun, I absolutely love the atmosphere 😊 5K done in 33 minutes (28 minutes running and finished at the end of my warm down walk). Might have to get myself in amongst the crowd for the start of next weeks graduation run instead of hanging around at the back 😂 week 9...I’m coming for ya!

I think if I get closer to the front at the start it might help 😂 there are 800+ runners at the ParkRun I’ve been to so it takes a while to cross the start line. Thank you for your encouraging words 😊
