Roll on week 9 - Starting on Sunday

I'm starting to believe I can do this, even if I won't be at 5k I believe I can get there

I completed the program and didn’t manage the 5km. So just aim for the 30 mins. I have finished the program and I’ve decided to do 20 min runs because that felt the most comfortable. I’ve already dramatically reduced my times after a couple of runs, so I’m confident the 5km will come. Good luck with week 9 and celebrate you’re achievement.

Agree with Bunnyrunner, 5Km was not on my finishing runs unless you count the long warm up and cool down walks 🧐3 runs past grad but still not actually running 5Km but feeling better all round and cannot be far off. The best bit is being able to run for 30 mins non stop and still be able to breath after 😂

Try not to run too quickly on week 9 runs as it is tempting!

Good luck, it is great to get there, I finished week 9 today. I didn't do 5K but a 30 min run is an amazing achievement... you will be so proud of yourself when you get there :-)
