Went out this evening, felt really good. The splits were pretty even, and the pace was good. Doing Parkrun last Saturday has given me extra confidence. Hope everyone else is taking advantage of the better weather as well.

Well done on starting Week 7 - it's all good from here, no more intervals! I'm hoping to do my local Parkrun soon but slightly worried I'll be the slowest by miles... Sounds like fun though!
Doesn't matter how slow , no-one is too slow for parkrun. I've not gone sub 50 yet and walk more than run. Just go and try and enjoy the experience.
I used Parkrun for W6R3, I followed the advice here and walked the first 5 minutes as warm up, then did my 25 minutes, then walked a little then ran again as I felt comfortable. I didn’t take any/music earphones, but loads of people do. I found running with lots of other people spurred me on. You will not finish last, you can check the results from your local parkrun on line. Have a go, it boosted my confidence and was brilliant fun.
Well done on your W7R1, it's so close to the end of the challenge now, savour each run I say!
