Going on to week 4

Did w3 r3 last night and used music to run to for the first time - must've looked a bit mad grooving to some classic soul during the walking sections but found it helped with the running bits. Next week looks a bit scary though - any ideas for the sort of tunes I should add to a playlist to get me through the longer runs (nothing by Queen please though...)

On Spotify you can find playlists especially for running. I don’t know how good they are as I prefer to listen to my own playlists. Good luck 🤞

My advice would be to add music/songs that you really like it makes a difference when you're running along to your favourite tunes 😊
