W8r2 was a lot smoother!

Just got back from completing the second run of week 8 and it was a lot better than the first run of week 8! I started off slow and paced myself and I even ran up a big long steep hill for the first time too! I had a few moments of real enjoyment today when I was running and there was one point where I thought 'I feel like I could run forever!'. Very much looking forward to the 3rd and final run of week 8 on Sunday!
