Unfortunately week one run three (aiming for four minutes running) could not take place. After joining a jazzercise class on Wednesday, I woke up on Thursday morning with a hugely swollen knee which progressed down my leg throughout the day to my ankle. It's hot to touch, aches and doesn't bend. Not sure what I've done wrong 😫😫😫 a little bit gutted I'm now off track

Go to your nearest walk in centre as soon as possible and get it checked, especially if the pain moves.
