just did my 2nd run of week 5 n the worst thing was the sudden onset of nausea. really thought I would throw up.... but not on my new trainers lol.
any ideas how to stop this... cheers

Are you eating or drinking anything before you head out? I stopped to make sure a man was okay who was being sick by me the other day and he said he had drank too much water before he left home and that's why he thinks he was sick.

You probably need to slow down and jog at an easy conversational pace.

Make sure you’re not eating an hour before. I prefer at least 2 or more hours unless it’s a little banana. And I only have half a cuppa if running in the morning.
hi no I don't eat before my run and only drink a little water. I've been fine every day until upto the 8 minute run.... will try again tomorrow... fingers crossed and I'll take a doggy bag lol xx
