Where’s the best place for running shoes? I think mine have nearby had it!

My running shoes are about to give up the ghost and I wondered if any e could recommend a place website where I could get a decent pair without breaking the bank?

If you have never had a gait analysis done, then it is highly recommended, otherwise you are buying shoes based on incomplete information and you may be wasting money, or even worse causing yourself injury.

Do a search for gait analysis in your area.

I was going to make a feeble attempt at humour and say "on your feet", but I won't... Oh... Wait...

I got mine from a place called Run For It, but any good sport shop should be able to help you, although better still if it's somewhere that offers you gait analysis.
