...and bring it out when I need motivation! I’ve just done W5R2 and unbelievably it didn’t feel hard or impossible to do the longer runs. Could it be that things are falling into place at last? the route, the pace, the arms, the breathing. Especially the pace, and I recommend anyone who hasn’t watched it to watch the Japanese slow jogging video (sorry I don’t know how to add the link to this post but a few people have shared it). It made me straighten my back and look further ahead than I had been doing. That probably made the breathing easier too. So... when I start feeling like throwing in the towel yet again I’ll re-read this post to remind myself how good it is to keep at it.

Great job... don’t worry, you may not be able to capture the feeling... but you can go get it again. Enjoy that 20 minute run.

Yes! The slow jogging video helped me today on W9R2. Thanks to the person (DiscoRunner?) who posted link. You capture the great feeling of just keeping going really well. It’s teaching me I’m braver than I thought 😁
