First time poster here after loitering for a few weeks.

I started out C25k very cautiously as I’ve never run before, I struggled through calf pain the first 3 weeks and didn’t think I’d be able to continue. BUT I kept on going, pushing myself harder than I thought was possible and today I ran continually for 20 minutes!! And...... I bloomin enjoyed it! yes by the end it was hard but I pushed on and by the time jo told me it was over I could have floated home. Today is a good day 😃

Lovely to hear that even with calf pain you’ve continued and had such a lovely run. Well done to you. Happy running days.
