I am getting ready for my W5R1 and wondered if this was mentioned by the personal trainer at all.
9 weeks of 3 runs
9 x 3 = 27.
27 ÷ 2 = 13.5.
3, 6, 9, 12,
Id say week 4 run 2 would be what id class halfway.
I found W5 to be one of the more interesting weeks. Something different in each run, and the thought I could start calling myself a runner after completing w5r3. Good luck with the second half of the training.
Passed the half way point and can’t believe how far I’ve come on this journey! It’s all change now! Most of the second half of the programme is solid runs! I’m going to miss interval running 😢
