W6R3 smashed!

Loved the feeling of achievement! I was excited to get out there this morning (been mental prepping myself). I never thought I would get to this point. The sun was shining and the sky was blue but, my goodness, there was a chilly wind which gave me a seriously running nose and cold hands. On the longer runs I always find the first 5 minutes the hardest but then I think I find my rhythm and settle into it. Week 7 starts on Monday! πŸ˜€
