So completed c25k back at the end of March, during the course of my training had the odd little niggle of pain but nothing major. After completing the app I had 2 weeks off as was on holiday and on my return reinstated my running. I checked on google what would be the best advice as didn't think it would be wise to go straight out on 30 minutes so opted for 20 minutes runs to get back into it. I now have so much pain in my knees, hips and one extremely tight hamstring that I've been trying to train through that I'm at a loss as to what to do next! Help! I really don't want to give up running as it's something I've come to love. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Ps I tried an ice bath this morning, couldn't get out of the bath, had to roll onto my knees to try and get out ππππ
Really thought the idea was to get fitter not decrepit ππ
