Hi I finished the programme last year and then for some reason life got in the way and I missed the odd run, which then led to weeks. I am planning to restart at week 2 maybe and try and get my mojo back!

That is a good place to begin your reruns of C25K, I have been doing quite a lot of reruns recently, I also began with week 2 as I prefered 6/90 second runs rather than 8/60 second runs of week 1.
