Well, I’ve finally completed 6 consolidation runs. Doing 5 km in 30 mins. I hadn’t run for 3 wks cos my routine was all off with the school Easter hols. But I had a great run and really enjoyed it. My fitness didn’t seem to have gone at all.
I’m gonna have to find a new time/routine to run over the summer school holidays. Normally I run when my daughter is at nursery school in the mornings. On my work days I’m not home TIL nearly 9pm and I leave for work at 7 am.

That's excellent doing your 5K in 30 minutes Kasi!! Do you mind me asking what your best time was when completing the C25K? I've just run a 35 minute 5K today and am always looking to improve on that.
Good luck with the summer holidays! I'm sure your daughter will have you burning far more calories than a 5K!! Mine is 4 and she never stops! Is there anywhere secluded where you can enjoy it with your daughter on a bike/balance bike/scooter? It'll probably mean a slower, broken run but it would still be a run.
I was probably about same as u towards the end of C25K, about 35 mins.
Def wouldn’t work running with my daughter!! Would take a few hrs to complete 5k lol! Def doesn’t associate a walk with going from a to b. It’s more like circles, stops, following butterflies, looking for frogs/birds etc! She’s a character but def not a running buddy just yet! x
