I did my week one day three run last night and enjoyed actually enjoyed it. Today I’ve printed my Park Run barcodes, now I’m trying to build up the courage to go and try to walk and jog it tomorrow morning...

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K last night, yes you can run at a parkrun on Saturday but as you have only completed week 1 start week 2 at the parkrun, that will involve a lot of walking, I hope you enjoy tomorrow.

At parkrun, just stick to your C25K programmed workout and walk the remainder just to avoid doing too much too soon.
