Wk6 R1 done!
Also survived with a 7yo scooting and holding my dog!
Did a new route which I think helped. Up till now I’ve done the same run around the park. Today we ran to the park and back. Thankfully my official run was complete before the v steep hill back up to my house!
Great running... and obviously well planned and paced to be over before that hill!
