So I’m doing the 3 peaks challenge in a few months not only it’s something I’ve always wanted to do, I’m doing it for charity. Currently I’m doing 5k runs 3 times a week.
Has anyone done the 3 peaks have any advice I can do to prepare/train

Being in Canada, I'm not entirely sure what this challenge entails (but it sounds fun by the name!). Perhaps posting this on our sister site healthunlocked.com/marathon... may be helpful for some training advice.
Lots of hill training. I don't know if you live near any, but you if you can find a steep hill ... about 100 metres try and do 10, the more you do the better prepared you'll be.
It's a completely different type of running, you'll obviously be walking a lot. Also running downhill is a real skill, it's amazing how fast fell runners run downhill, this is also something you might want to practice. There's plenty of YouTube videos and advice on the internet, but practice makes perfect. Good luck, it's a great achievement.
