When you start a new exercise your body needs time to get used to it also make sure you are landing softly as possible and not thud thud and go slow ππ

Normal! Ibuprofen an hour before runs and plenty in between! Itβll go in a week or so.

Running on softer surfaces like grass or hardcore rather than tarmac or paving can help by reducing impact. Also, slowing down just a little can make a big difference x
I suffered really bad with my knees for first two weeks but took warm magnesium salt baths after each run, took ibuprofen when needed and pushed through. Make sure you have your gait checked, get decent running trainers (worth the investment) and hopefully like me you will find it eases after a few runs. Mine improved by mid week 3. Good luck!
