I’m still running!

Hello everyone!

I know I’ve not written on here since graduation but I’m thrilled to update you that I’m still going! First park run done, still going 2-3 times a week and can honestly say I’m still shocked ( nothing new! ) couch to 5k has changed me haha!

Nice to hear from you Lilgwood that you are still running, today 18th April is exactly 1 year also that I ran the first run of week 1, my runniversary is today.

Thanks, but I think people should regard the anniversary of their graduation run more, that for me was on the 18th June, nevertheless, it's nice to remember the day I started run 1 with the C25K training course.
