I compelted day 1 of week 2 this morning. I'm absolutely loving it.
During my first 90 second run I got stitch. It got worse and worse then towards the last 2 runs it went. I was quite proud I had worked through it. Normally I'd give up and go home.
However, I still have it. Its now 13 hours after my run and the area I had stitch still feels like I'm being stabbed. When I breathe in it really hurts, if I touch the area its sore and I can barely lift my toddler.
Is this in anyway, normal??

Hi Becky - Michael Johnson gives some advice on this around W3 I think. He recommends breathing deeply into your stomach and having a glass of water before you run as some people say it’s linked to dehydration. BUT I’m not sure about it being so severe and lasting so long. Sounds painful 😕
