Today I did my first run, which was nice, it’s good to get started again. I can’t seem to find away to track my run on the couch to 5 k app. Can anyone help me? I’d like to see how I progress and how far and far I’ve run. I’ve got Runkeeper installed, perhaps I just use that?

I run MapMyRun at the same time to log my runs, it also has the benefit of recording your pace at different stages. It is amazing how much you will improve quickly.
I use the app RunKeeper, which will run alongside C25k and provides a map and s record of distance & pace. It will give statistics as you go too, but I usually turn these off. I just use the free version tho’ I think you probably get other fancy stats if you pay.
