Final stage started / thinking I would never be able to run for 30 min non stop I couldn’t even run for the bus at the beginning 😂So to all those out there who are struggling just keep going you will make it . It’s not easy but nothing ever is push through and you will be amazed at what you achieve each week 🏃‍♀️✅
