Well I’ve managed to keep at it and am now on the 20 minute run. I’ve been here before but a few years ago. I am actually looking forward to it but also feel I’m not quite ready. Well we’ll see. Have a good week everyone..x

I am doing the same.Just a run ahead of you.Completed 6.1✅ this morning.Last interval run on Wednesday.
Love the continuous running part of the programme.The walking intervals,although welcome, can interrupt the flow.🤔
