Week 1 finished

Finished week 1 this morning with my 6 year old in tow! It was definitely the hardest one of the week. I found my calf muscles were painful as I was jogging. I kept it really slow and steady, they just seemed much worse than the other 2 days. Just putting it down to normal aches and pains when starting out?

Also I find towards the end that my toes start to get pins and needles (I also used to have this when I used to use the cross trainer in the gym). Anybody else have that problem?

I had aches and pains in the first week, I think this is natural, it's your muscles getting used to the new work out, I was fine towards the end of week two. I also occasionally get pins and needles in my feet, I used to get it when I was fit. I'm sorry but I really don't have a clue why, I thought it was just me. I used to get it on my long runs or when I went fell running. So maybe it's just your body getting used to it.

Give it a couple of weeks, see how it goes. You're doing great. 👍
