I’m getting left leg shin splint. I’ve had a gait analysis and change my shoes to suit. Currently doing C25K and the pain is worse during the walking phases of each programme. Thoughts?

You have got some good links here..he correct shoes etc will help a lot. We do expect real aches and pains too at the beginning of this. :)
