Me too I have always suffered from these, it tends to ease slightly as you get more practiced from what I can remember. Suffering at the moment though 😣

I’ve found that mine are worse urging the walk sections rather than the runs. I take smaller steps and slow done a bit, not exactly the brisk walk as suggested but it helps to get through the pain barrier

I started getting hip pain on my second run, turned out it was due to my footwear. I went to a running shop and they watched me move then I got some shoes which literally stopped all that. It’s worth getting good advice and proper running shoes if you don’t already have them I was just in trainers. I hope that you’re pain free soon
