Thanks everyone for all your support through this process. It means a lot to me.
I’ve never been a runner, always more of a field sports type person, so for me this is quite an achievement.
My target now is to just keep it going for a while, no real pushing to improve.
I’m hoping that now that I’ve got this habit it will be easier for me to form a ‘clean eating’ habit, followed by a ‘portion control’ habit. Once those three habits are in place I’m hoping that the weight will start to reduce and everything will become easier.
I’m going to hang around for a bit if you don’t mind. Hopefully I can encourage some up and comers.
