On wk 5 r2 and I’ve kept to that run all week and can now run each of the 5 mins,very slowly,but better slow than having to stop midway.It’s taken since the end of Jan to reach wk 5 but I’m getting there!

I found the slow and steady really helped too. I also struggled with the five minute sections and just listened to the advice on the app all the way. Things feel a lot more comfortable now I've found a pace I'm happy with. You're doing the right thing, keeping it S...L...O...W 😉
