Well I’ve started at the beginning after nearly 9 months off - I got to week 7 before 😊 Due to my continued love of wine the weight is creeping on so I have joined the gym and decided to run again it’s going great but I’m only on week 1! Loved this forum before lots of lovely positive people, nice to be back x
