Went out at lunchtime for W8R1. Normally it takes me about 10 minutes to settle but today, ugh. At one point early on I felt like I was running in super slow motion! Looking at the graph of the run it's the first time I've seen the toxic 10 so obvious.
I was close to giving up but did keep on going grudgingly until at 20 minutes , all was suddenly alright with the world again. I'm so glad I've stuck with it long enough to realise that it really does get better.

I’m so glad you’ve posted this I find it too, sometimes it’s like I think to much and get overwhelmed by how long the run is for. Congratulations on preserving 👏👏 Run 1 of week 8 for me tomorrow 🤞🤞
