Can I ask has anyone lost any weight on this program? I'm 2 stones overweight and although feel fab I have not lost any weight.
Any handy hints (other than not course the obvious..eat less!)

When I started I was also about 2st overweight. I combined Couch to 5k with a sensible eating plan and kept track of my calorie intake using My Fitness Pal. I have found that this worked for me and I have now lost 2st. It took about 9 months of regular running so it’s not been quick but a year later, I’m managing to keep the weight off. I also took some body measurements (waist, hips etc) and found that very encouraging as it’s nice to see these sizes reduce as your body tones up. Unfortunately I don’t think Couch to 5k alone will reduce weather significantly. But don’t give up! Running does have many health benefits.
