Final run of wk2

Well it’s almost here and then wk3 begins. Running for 3 minutes. I’ll believe when I’ve done it. (Mr sceptical). But first, tomorrow morning it’ll be wk2r3. See you at breakfast. 🍌

Harder than on the running machine but great once it was done. Do you miss the running.

Yeah I missed not going out today. Looking forward to tomorrow. I've read a lot of people say outside us harder than treadmill. Well done for doing it though 😊 x

Just done wk2 r1 and it destroyed me. I’ve looked at wk3 and actually shouted some profanities when saw the 3 mins. Hoping the rest of wk2 will get me there. Good luck either way!!
