I ran 5k in 34:19 today, only a few weeks ago I was struggling to get under 40, been doing a couple of classes a week and a bit for interval training and feel like it’s all paying off. I’m actually feeling noticeably fitter and so happy about it, first time I’ve ever got past week two of C25K (never dreamt I’d finish it!) and it’s paid huge results. Forum advice helped so much, proper running shoes and slowing down were the best tips....I had no idea about either 🙈.

Fantastic and very well done. Interval Training is a great way of improving your pace and fitness. That’s a great improvement and you should be very happy. Congratulations.
