Hi I have only just started running. It’s my first time ever! Did my first run Monday and my knees were really hurting after but I ran yesterday anyway. Didn’t hurt too much while actually running but after they hurt and today is my rest day and they still feel so sore. Is that normal? If so will just suck it up and get on with it but I’m not doing more damage running on them am I? Did anyone else have this starting out? Thanks

When you start a new exercise your body needs time to get used to it, also when you are landing your feet make sure it's as soft as possible so no thud thud it gets better with practice good luck😊
