For anybody that might be missing updates from me, I am still on week 7, due to life events and another setback.
I started week 7 nearly 3 weeks ago, and after two completed runs which included a small amount of walking (a failure in my eyes) I finally did the 25 minutes non-stop two weeks ago. Since then workload and weather have conspired against me. And then last week I decided to wear new shoes on an overseas business trip and as a result for the last week I have had sore heels from rubbing. This has been very frustrating as mentally I'm keen to resume, but just can't unless I pad and dress my heels up, and even then there is no certainty of no damage to the existing wound. So I guess I just have to be patient.
Such is life I suppose, but one thing is for sure, I am going to finish this however long it takes!
