I’m on week 6 not finding it easy but amazed by my progress and getting those runs done! I can’t help but feel a little frustrated with myself I have two routes one by a canal lovely and flat one on a loop line that gradually very goes downhill if I opt for this route I can only complete the run if I carry on I can’t run half uphill even though it’s very gradual. It’s making me feel like I’m cheating a little even though I’m putting tons of effort in.
Anyone else experienced anything similar??

I started this plan by finding even a very gradual slope intimidating. But Strava shows that my speed is much the same up or down, so it was a mental block, not physical. Now I just appreciate the variation, and it helps to break up the route into manageable chunks. Good luck!
