I took that a bit slower today as I’ve noticed despite always having drank 2 litres of water a day for years, these longer distances probably require me to up that to 3 litres as my thighs were a bit hot, so distance wasn’t as good but I feel good.
Really looking forward to these last 4 runs now, then ahead to consolidation, perfecting technique and distance and time, before going over to bridge to 10k.
