Hi, I have just completed wk9r1 and did 4.54k. However this included the distance walked during the warm up and cool down 10 minutes. Is the aim to do 5k in 30 minutes without including the warm up/cool down time? Thanks

Well done on getting this far and on making extremely good time! The aim is to run for 30 minutes... distance is irrelevant. Only a small percentage of people make it to 5k in 30 minutes by the time they graduate. I was nowhere near and won't be for some time. Have a great graduation run!
Ok great thanks I am absolutely gob smacked that I have even got this far so will stop worrying about the distance 💪🏻

The objective of the program is to run for 30 minutes three times in one week.
Whilst "C25K" is a catchy title, it is not accurate. But "C2r430m3xi1w" is a bit of a mouthful.

The main aim is to get you running for 30 minutes 5k will come when you're ready 😊😊
