Usually, I run at 9.0km/h; however, due to my short stature (158cm), I find the pace very tiring
In light of W5R3 being my next run, I decided to try and take it slow this time, per Lauras' instruction- the result was an extremely enjoyable run (the best I've ever had actually! )
I've always been fully well aware that I won't be able to finish 5K in 30min, and I'm aiming between the 35-45min range for now, so I'm not disappointed about that in terms of my slow pace, I was just wondering if it's an 'acceptable' runners pace- if that makes sense.
Thanks!

As far as C25K is concerned the only pace you need is one at which you can speak clear ungasping sentences as you run. How that compares to others is irrelevant.
If you go on the big boys running sites, they might laugh in your face, but if they actually understand the process of building stamina and endurance then they will agree with my statement at the top of the page .
8.6km/h is an exceptionally good pace and obviously suits your style of running. Try and do all of the remaining C25K runs at this pace (or a little slower). In fact you could forget all about pace if you want to.
That's a good pace. In fact you've got plenty of scope to slow down more if you need to. You've discovered that just knocking 5% off your speed makes the whole thing easier and more fun.
