25 minutes non stop and 2.5 miles covered. Really enjoyed the run despite the wind and rain. Same route same album same time - definitely works for me having a routine, it really helps me focus especially the music as I know which songs are coming up and I know how I respond to the more up tempo beats, they kick in when I need it most too. For those needing a good album it’s The Greatest Showman, and if you’ve seen the movie you can picture their energy dancing in the movie on certain tracks which helps you move more too.

Have a great running week everyone xxx

well done !!

i have just got back from 7:2 with dogs and covered the same distance.

faffed and ummmed about getting out the door but once out really enjoyed it,it was not hard and i did not have any "how much longer" thoughts.

routine is really good and i play the same tracks too.
