So I decided to repeat another 25 min run before moving on to w 8. And this told I I jogged for the whole 25 mins ππ feel so much better! I need to focus on the positives and not the negatives, I felt rubbish that I had to walk for 3.5mins on my last run, but what about the 21.5 mins I did run for?! Forgot about those mins!
Gonna move on to week 8 next run ππͺπͺ
